Parrs & Perotto, LLP was formed in 1997. Its principals, Eugene Parrs and Gay Perotto, however, practiced law together for many years before then.

Eugene Parrs graduated from Brown University in 1967 and the Syracuse University College of Law in 1973 (magna cum laude). He has practiced law in Rochester, N.Y. since 1974. He is admitted to practice law in New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. He was a Captain in the USAF.

Gay Perotto graduated from the University of Buffalo in 1983 (magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) and the University of Buffalo School of Law in 1986. She has practiced law in Rochester, New York since 1987. She is admitted to practice law in New York, North Carolina and Georgia.
