Parrs & Perotto, LLP limits its practice to very specific areas. We concentrate on several, but not all, areas of law. The practice is limited to federal and state taxation, estate planning and settlement, elder law, business law, and ERISA matters.

The firm has a regional practice. Eugene Parrs and Gay Perotto are both admitted in New York, North Carolina and Georgia. Eugene Parrs is also admitted in South Carolina and Florida. This allows us to provide continuing and comprehensive legal services to our clients who have interests in the expanding Southeastern United States.

All aspects of estate planning, such as will and trust creation, succession planning and interstate Estate and Retirement Planning.

Estate settlement.

Elder law, including Medicaid planning

Business law, such as the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships; the sale and purchase of businesses; all aspects of business operation, including contracts.

ERISA matters, such as the design and implementation of pension and profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.

Business and personal tax planning.

Even though the firm practices only in these areas, we still serve our clients’ full range of legal needs. The firm has working relationships with many excellent law firms in Western New York and the Southeastern U.S. We refer our clients to them when those other needs arise.
