About Our Firm

Parrs Perotto & Magee, LLP is a specialized law firm of four attorneys and two paralegals who have practiced together in Rochester for many years. Our firm concentrates its practice in specific areas of law. Those areas are estate and trust planning, estate and trust settlement, commercial and residential real estate, elder law and ERISA and retirement planning. We feel the size of our firm and the long working relationship of our staff is a great benefit to our clients because we work as a team to assist our clients.

The firm has a regional practice. Eugene Parrs, Gay Perotto and Mary Magee are admitted in New York. Additionally, Eugene Parrs and Gay Perotto are admitted in North Carolina and Georgia. Eugene Parrs is also admitted in South Carolina and Florida. This allows us to provide continuing and comprehensive legal services to our clients who have interests and property in the expanding Southeastern United States.
